The minutes of the regular meeting of August 17,
1976, were approved as submitted.
The agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and
Agreement the City of Redlands and the Urban Innovation
Urban
Group, Inc. was unanimously authorized on motion
4W Innovations of Member Grace, seconded by Member Miller, with
Group the Acting Executive Director to sign in behalf of
the Agency.

Member Grace expressed pleasure that the Agency is
acting in behalf of the East Core Area. Mr. Schind-
ler stressed during the discussion that it is the
policy of Mr. Eisner and this group to have meetings
with citizens ` committees, public officials, and
interested parties .
Mr. Archbold reported that progress is going very
well with demolition.
Chairman DeMirjyn announced that Von' s Market's
ground breaking is set for November 1, 1976.
There being no further business, the Agency
adjourned, on motion, at 8 :05 P.M.
Next regular meeting September 21, 1976.
