of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers,
Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on February 22,
1977 at 7 :30 A.M.

This special meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency was called for the purpose of giving
formal agency authorization to two matters :
a. The acceptance of the property contained in
Parcel 4 of Map No. 2998 and the improvements
thereon;
b. The authorization for the Chairman and
Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency to sign
the Grant Deed for the property described as
being bounded on the south by Redlands Boule-
vard, on the west by Third Street, on the
north by the Southern Pacific Railroad and
on the east by Orange Street, in order that
the Agency deed this property to the Redlands
Mall Associates .
On motion of Member Miller, seconded by Member
Grace, the property, with improvements consisting
Underground of the Mall underground garage,g g g (Parcel 4 of Map
Garage
to Agency No. 2998) , was accepted by the Redevelopment
Agency with the Executive Director authorized to
sign the certificate of acceptance in behalf of
the Agency. This is being done in order to remove
this parcel from the tax roll.
On motion of Member Miller, seconded by Member
Elliott, the Chairman and Secretary of the Re-
Property development Agency were authorized to sign the
North of
Redlands document deeding the property on the north side
Blvd. to
Mall of Redlands Boulevard, between Third and Orange
Associates Streets, and between the Southern Pacific Railroad
tracks and Redlands Boulevard, to the Redlands
Mall Associates. This is being done in order to
place this property on the tax roll.
Both motions were adopted by AYE votes of all
A - present.

There being no further business scheduled for
this meeting, the Redevelopment Agency adjourned,
on motion, at 7 :40 A.M.
Next regular meeting, March 1, 1977 .
