MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands, held in the Council Chambers, Safety
Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on September 6, 1977, at
3 :20 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of August 16, 1977, were approved as submitted.
At this time, Redevelopment Director Mitchell presented
a letter from Business Properties requesting a sixty
AIII day extension from August 29, 1977, for their right to
tO negotiate for the development of property in the Rede-
velopment area as approved in Redevelopment Agency
minutes of may 3, 1977.
Mr. Mitchell stated that them were no other inquiries
concerning this property, and Business Properties had
� invested funds in title search, mapping, and surveying
which indicates the intention to develop. He added
that Business Properties ` representative L. C. Smull
stated that should his firm not develop the property,
Business the title work and survey material would be available
Properties to the Redevelopment Agency for future use. Following
Time
Extension brief discussion, on motion of Member Grace, seconded
by Member Elliott, an extension for sixty days was
granted to Business Properties for development as orig-
inally designated. Motion was approved by AYE votes
of all present.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency adjourned.
Next regular meeting, September 20, 1977 .
