MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers , Safety
Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on November 17 , 1981 , at
3 .35 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of November 3 , 1981, were
approved as submitted.
At the request of the Redevelopment Agency members,
Attorney Dallas Holmes reviewed the Redevelopment Agency
Rules of Procedure regarding scheduled meetings and,
assuming the Agency Members would like to meet less fre-
quently until business picks up, has prepared a resolu-
tion to amend the Rules of Procedure to provide for one
regular meeting per month.
Member Gorman questioned the need to go through the
Resolution perfunctory act so frequestly and moved to give first
No. 162 reading to Resolution No. 162 , a resolution of the
Scheduled Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands amending
Meetings the Agency' s Rules of Procedure to provide for one regu-
lar meeting to be held on the first Tuesday of every odd
month. Motion seconded by Member Roth and carried
unanimously. Resolution No. 162 will be scheduled on the
agenda for the meeting of December 15 , 1981 , in accordance

Agency adjourned, on motion, at 3 :40 P.M.
