ABSENT None
The minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of November 17 , 1981 , were
approved as submitted.
1981-82 Agency members reviewed the 1931-82 Redevelopment Agency
Annual Annual Report and Budget and on motion of Member Martinez ,
Report seconded by Member Roth, the Redevelopment Agency unani-
and
Budget mously accepted and approved the annual report and budget
and referred it to the City Council for acceptance.
Mr. Christiansen affirmed that Agency members approved

proceeding with the $170, 000 housing rehabilitation
dproject.

On motion of Member Riordan , seconded by Member
Audit Martinez , the 1980-81 annual audit of the Redevelopment
Agency was unanimously accepted.
There being no further business on the agenda, the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned, on motion, at 4 :46 P.M.
Next regular meeting, December 15, 1981.
