MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers,
Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on November 2 , 1982 ,
at 4 :15 P.M.

ABSENT None
Mr. Archbold explained that the request to transfer
$577 ,000 to the City of Redlands was a transfer of
excess tax increments and interest earnings, and
stated that Redevelopment funds may be able to pay
the operational expenses next year.

Following a brief discussion, the Agency recessed
effila-&' at 4 :15 P.1-4. to a closed session for an attorney/
IN client privilege discussion, and reconvened at
4 :55 P.M.
Mr. Martinez moved to continue until November 16 , 1982 ,
the request for authorization to transfer $577 , 000 to
the City of Redlands and the request for approval to
use Redevelopment monies for the cleaning of the
City Hall exterior to allow Agency counsel to bring
back recommendations on appropriate legal methods
to effect these transfers. Motion seconded by Mr.
Gorman and carried unanimously.
The Redevelopment Agency then adjourned at 4 :57 P.M.
to an adjourned regular meeting on November 16 , 1982 ,
at 4 : 00 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
Next regular meeting, January 4 , 1982 .
