MINUTES of an adjourned regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands held in the Council
Chambers , Safety Hall , 212 Brookside Avenue, on
November 16 , 1982 , at 4 :00 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of November 2 , 1982 , were approved as submitted
Member DeMirjyn moved to authorize trasfer of $577 ,000
to the City of Redlands in repayment of advances made
to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands for
costs incurred in connection with the City' s payment
under the terms of the Amended Lease Agreement dated
I I ON May 15 , 1975 , between the City of Redlands and the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands. Motion
seconded by Member Gorman and carried by AYE votes of
all present.
Use of Redevelopment monies for the cleaning of the
exterior of City Hall is to be continued until the
next regular meeting to allow time for a cooperation
agreement to be prepared.
There being no further business on the agenda, the
Redevelopment Agency adjourned, on motion, at 4 :10 P.M.
Next regular meeting, Janualry 4 , 1983.
