MINUTES of an adjourned special meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands held in the Council
Chambers , Safety Hall , 212 Brookside Avenue , on
December 21 , 1982 , at 7 : 00 P.M.

This adjourned special meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands was called to order by
Chairman Roth at 7 :15 P.M.

Member DeMirjyn expressed his desire to see some of the
problems such as flood control and improvement of the
Sixth and Pearl Street portals done in conjunction with
the study in order to show the people what they are
getting for their money. Member Martinez felt that from
what has been said this is what will be done. Member
Roth felt the area could be developed into something to
be proud of and expressed hope that the Arroyo Group
would come up with a solution for the flood problems.
Member Gorman hoped that everyone would pull together to
make this work.
Member Johnson moved to approve the contract with the
Contract Arroyo Group subject to final approval by the Agency
Chairman and the Agency Counsel . Motion seconded by
Member Gorman and carried by the following vote:
AYES : Members Martinez , Gorman, Johnson; Chairman
Roth
NOES : None
ABSTAIN: Member DeMirjyn
There being no further business on the agenda, the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands adjourned,
on motion, at 7 :25 P.M.
