MINUTES of an adjourned regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands held in the Council
Chambers, Safety Hall , 212 Brookside Avenue, on
January 18 , 1983, at 3 :40 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of January 4 , 1983 ,
were approved as submitted.

by Member Johnson, the 1982-83 Redevelopment Agency
annual report and budget were approved by AYE votes of
all present and the Executive Director was directed to
submit it to the City Council for their consideration.
Following a brief discussion, Member Martinez moved to
Audit accept the 1981-82 audit of the Redevelopment Agency
Acceptance funds. Motion seconded by Member Johnson and approved
by AYE votes of all present.
A resource committee to be available to the Arroyo
Revitalization Group for information as needed is being formed, and
Action Mr. Christiansen recommended that at least one member

of the Agency Board should also be on the Revitaliza-
tion Action Committee. Following discussion, it was

decided that Mr. Martinez be a member of this committee

Action could attend their meetings, and to contact the
Committee Arroyo Group regarding whether or not this committee
should be appointed by the Agency.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency adjourned at 3 :58 P.M. to a closed session
for the purpose of discussing matters covered under
the attorney/client privilege.
