MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Safety
Hall , 212 Brookside Avenue, on September 6 , 1983, at
3: 05 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of August 16 , 1983, were
approved as submitted.
Executive Director Holmes announced that the new
Redevelopment Director has been chosen. Derrill
Director Quaschnick has been hired at the annual salary of
Employed $38, 579. 00 with the regular benefits available to
general employees. Mr. Quaschnick will start work
October 1, 1983 .
Mr. Holmes reported the consultant is preparing the
Specific Plan for the public improvements portion of
the revitalization project.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency meeting adjourned, on motion, at 3: 08 P.M.
