Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlansd of September 20, 1983,
were approved as submitted.

Mr. Jim Goodel of the Arroyo Group presented slides and
reviewed the entire downtown revitalization project.
Project The slides showed existing areas and what is envisioned
Review for improvements. Covered was the stre tscape plan,
town center concept, public improvement plan, and
signage. A more detailed report will be presented at
the next Redevelopment Agency meeting.
Ir, Chresten Knudsen asked the Agency to Consider
underground utilities on Olive Avenue and carrying out
the theme of plaiting palm trees.
Where being he further business, the Redevelopment
Agency meeting adjourned on motion at 5:20 P.M.
