MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers,
Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on November 15,
1983, at 3 : 07 P.M.

ABSENT None
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of November 1, 1983,
were approved as submitted.
Director Quaschnick briefly reviewed the contents
of the draft of the Public Improvements Component
for the downtown Revitalization Project which is
scheduled for review at the December 6 , 1983, Agency
meeting. Referring to page 29 regarding flood control,
Member Johnson did not feel the statement showing
flood control to be a very high priority was strong
enough. Member DeMirjyn suggested study be done
to include a transportation center in this
revitalization project.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency meeting adjourned, on motion, at 3 : 20 P.M.
