MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers,

at 3: 40 P.M.

ABSENT None
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of November 15, 1983,
were approved as submitted.
Director Quaschnick reviewed the log of comments
received regarding the public improvements component
which was recently distributed. He informed Agency
members that the slide show prepared by The Arroyo
Group is now available and is being shown around
town wherever requested. He outlined the time
schedule in which Phase I would be completed by
Thanksgiving, 1984 ,
Following brief discussion, Member Martinez moved to
Contract negotiate a contract with The Arroyo Group to do
Negotiations preliminary design work for the entire revitalization
area and contract documents for Phase I by the Arroyo
Phase I Group and Hicks and Hartwick. Motion seconded by
Member Larsen and carried unanimously,
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency adjourned, on motion, at 4 : 00 P.M.
Next regular meeting, December 20, 1983.
