MINUTES of a special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers,
Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on January 31 ,
1984, at 7: 25 P.M.
PRESENT Tim Johnson, Vice Chairman
Charles G. DeMirjyn, Member
Richard N. Larsen Member
John E. Holmes, Executive Director
Derrill Quaschnick, Director
Dallas Holmes, Agency Attorney
Lorrie Poyzer, Secretary

ABSENT Carole Beswick, Chairman
Oddie J. Martinez, Jr. , Member
This special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands was open by Vice Chairman
Johnson.
Mr. Johnson moved to nominate Ed Harp and John
Creatura to complete the membership for the re-
organized Redevelopment Advisory Commission. Motion
seconded by Member Larsen and carried by the following
Appointments vote:
AYES: Members Johnson and Larsen
NOES: Member DeMirjyn
ABSENT: Members Beswick and Martinez
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned, on motion, at 7: 27 P.M.
Next regular meeting, February 7, 1984 .
