MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands held in the Council
Chambers, Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on
March 20 , 1984, at 3 : 55 P.M.

ABSENT None
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of March 6 , 1984 ,
were approved as submitted.
Mr. Quaschnick explained that legislation being
considered would limit, and perhaps eliminate,
the potential of Industrial Development Bond
financing for private development within the
Resolution Redevelopment Area. Inducement Resolution
No. 167 No. 167 marks the beginning point in time from
which eligible costs for a given development may
Project be funded or refunded from ensuing bond issues.
Financing Mr. DeMirjyn moved to approve Resolution No. 167,
Wihtin a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the
RDA City of Redlands declaring the intention of the
Project Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands to
authorize the issuance and sale of tax exempt
obligations for the purpose of assisting in
financing commercial projects within the Redlands
Redevelopment project. Mr . Martinez seconded
the motion and Resolution No. 167 was unanimously
approved by the Agency.
On motion of Mr. DeMirjyn, seconded by Mr. Martinez,
the Agency unanimously approved Resolution No. 168,
Resolution a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the
No. 168 City of Redlands adopting rules, regulations and
Wall procedures to implement payments and to administer
Real relocation assistance under Health and Safety
Property Code Section 33411 and Chapter 16 , Division 7
Acquisition of the California Government Code and relating
to relocation assistance and payments concerning
Agency ' s acquisition of real property.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency meeting adjourned, on motion, at 4 : 15 P.M.
