MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers,
Safety Hall , 212 Brookside Avenue , on April 17,
1984, at 4 :30 P .M.

ABSENT None
The meeting was immediately recessed to a closed
session for the purpose of discussing items covered
under attorney/client privilege. The meeting
reconvened at 7: 10 P .M.
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands of April 3 , 1984 ,
were approved as submitted.
Director Quaschnick reminded Agency members that
reapplication to HUD for Section 202/8 funding for
the 80 unit Casa Loma Senior Housing development
is due for re-submission by April 30 , 1984 . He
reviewed the history of this project and answered
Senior questions.
Housing
Application Mr. Martinez moved to approve the HUD Section 202/8
application for the 80 unit Casa Loma Senior Housing
development for submission to HUD. Motion seconded
by Mr. Johnson and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency meeting adjourned at 7; 20 P .M.
Next regular meeting, May 1, 1984 .
