ABSENT None
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of Redlands of October 2 ,
1984 , were approved as submitted.
Director Quaschnick presented the Redevelopment
Agency proposed budget for 1984-85 and indicated
there was one change to be made on page 2 . The
change was to increase the amount to be reimbursed
to the City for the Parking Bond by $578 , 350 .00
1984-85 and changing the ending balance to $1 ,452 ,694 .00 .
Budget Executive Director Holmes complimented Mr.
Quaschnick for the first comprehensive budget
prepared for the Agency. Mr. Martinez moved to
adopt the proposed 1984-85 Redevelopment Agency
budget with the above change. Motion seconded

NOES ; Mr. DeMirjyn {stating he was discontent
with supplying support services for the
Town Center Manager.
Mr. Quaschnick reported that Southern Pacific
Railroad would be filing a Notice to Abandon next
month for the railroad tracks west of Orange
Street.
There being no further business , the Agency
meeting recessed at 4 .20 P.M. The meeting re-
convened at 5 .10 P.M. to a closed session for
the purpose of discussing matters covered by
attorney/client privilege.
Next regular meeting, November 6 , 1984 .
