Larsen, Member Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency M of the City of Redlands of March 5, 1985 were approved as submitted. Mr. Johnson moved to continue consideration of a proposed option agreement with Redlands Senior Housing, Inc. as the optionee had not had sufficient time to study the agreement. Motion seconded by Mr. DeMirjyn and carried by AYE votes of all present. Resolution On motion of Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. DeMirjyn, Resolution No. 172 No. 172, a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City laV; of Redlands authorizing acquisition of real property located at Property 348 North Orange Street, Redlands, and authorizing execution Acquisition of modification of loan, was adopted by AYE votes of all present. The following bids were opened and publicly declared on March 12, 1985, for the construction of the Reservoir Canyon Storm Drain: Total Bid K.E.C. Corporation Corona, California $3,925. 905. 24 Bonadiman-McCain, Inc. San Bernardino, California 4, 058,907. 94 Riverside Construction Riverside, California 4, 092, 901. 60 Advanco Constructors Upland, California 4, 357, 568. 00 Colich 4 Sons Gardena, California 4, 394,983. 20 Spencer Corporation Redlands, California 5, 178, 555. 30 Bid Award At this time, it is the recommendation of the Department of Public Works that award of the contract for this project be Reservoir made to K.E.C. Corporation as theirs is the lowest, responsible Canyon bid. On motion of Mr. DeMirjyn, seconded by Mr. Johnson, Storm the Redevelopment Agency awarded the contract for the Drain construction of the Reservoir Canyon Storm Drain to K.E.C . Corporation, Corona, in the total amount of $3,925, 905. 24. There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting adjourned at 4:43 P.M. Next regular meeting, April 2, 1985.
