The owner has authorized the removal of the billboard and when a current schedule of relocation payments is obtained from Caltrans, Agency action will be required. At this time, it appears it will cost the Agency approximately $7, 200. 00 to relocate this billboard. There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned at 7:45 P.M. PRESENT Carole Beswick, Chairman Tim Johnson, Vice Chairman Charles C. DeMirjyn, Member Oddie J. Martinez, Jr. , Member Richard N. Larsen, Member John E. Holmes, Executive Director Dallas Holmes, Agency Attorney Lorrie Poyzer, Secretary Laura Wingard, Redlands Daily Facts Pat Brown, The Sun ABSENT None The meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M. by Secretary Poyzer, and there being no quorum present the meeting was recessed to 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as City Council business permitted. The Agency reconvened at 7:10 P.M. Minutes of the regular meeting of August 20, 1985, were approved ral u as submitted.. Town Center In order to clarify areas of maintenance responsiblity, the Street and Redevelopment Advisory Commission recommended a sidewalk, Sidewalk street and street furniture maintenance policy. On motion of Maintenance Mr. Larsen, seconded by Mr. Martinez, the City will be responsible for trees, landscaping and irrigation systems; benches; drinking fountains; trash containers; tree guards and grates; street lights, bollards and electrical systems; and streets curbface to curbface. The property owner will be responsible for the sidewalk from the property line to face of curb with the following exceptions: the City will be responsible for repair of sidewalks damaged by street trees; the City may pursue any party who causes damage to public property; and the City may allow exceptions to the above as circumstances warrant. Billboard Mr. Martinez moved to authorize approval of a billboard relocation Relocation payment in the amount of $7, 220.00 to Gannett Outdoor Company Payment for the billboard located on Orange Street near the Phinney Building. Motion seconded by Mr. Larsen and carried unanimously. Billboard Mr. DeMirjyn directed staff to look into the status of the last Status billboard now left in town which is located on Redlands Boulevard near Muscle Mike's. Lease Mr. Larsen moved to request the City Council to set a joint public Public hearing for the leasing of 348 Orange Street on September 17, Hearing 1985, at 7:00 P.M. Motion seconded by Mr. Johnson and carried VIVO unanimously. Flood Mr. Johnson directed the Redevelopment Advisory Commission to Control reconsider including funds in the Redevelopment budget for the Channel flood control channel.
