Hein, Redlands Daily Facts Mike Murphy, San Bernardino Sun ABSENT None The minutes of the regular meeting of April 5, 1977, All were approved as submitted. (No Redevelopment Agency un meeting on April 19, 1977 ) u, Executive Director Mitchell stated that he had ANreceived notice in writing from Mr. Gerald Dicker of W & D Commercial Properties, Inc. , acknowledging that he no longer has any interest in the property originally under consideration by W & D Commercial Properties, Inc. Mr. Mitchell presented a letter from Mr. L. C. Smull of Business Properties stating that he would like to enter into an agreement with the City and be granted exclusive right to negotiate and develop a neighborhood Pearl and shopping center facility. Agency members discussed Orange Streets this briefly, observing that this developer would Property develop the entire property, relocate power lines, and proceed in accordance with the City standards . Following this brief discussion, on motion of Member Miller, authorization was given to designate L. C. Smull as the primary developer for 120 days, with exclusive right to negotiate for the property. This agreement includes all property bounded by Pearl, Orange, Stuart, and Sixth Streets, and all alleys within. The motion was seconded by Member Elliott, and carried by unanimous vote.
