MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands held in the
Council Chambers, Safety Hall, 212 Brookside
Avenue, on November 1, 1977, at 3.55 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelop-
ment Agency of October 18, 1977, were approved
as submitted.
Pearl and Executive Director Mitchell stated a letter has

right to negotiate for development of the pro-
perty bounded by Pearl, Orange, Stuart, and Sixth
Streets.
Redlands Mr. Mitchell told members that escrow will be

the first of December.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency adjourned, on motion, at 4:00 P.M.
