Minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands of February 19, 1985, were approved
as submitted.
Mrs. Beswick said there has been interest from two or three
investors in revitalizing the Citrus Village Shopping Center,
and asked the other members to think about what we can do
to help in this project.
Mr. Larsen reported that he and Derrill Quaschnick have met
with a non-profit group, and this may be a possible vehicle
to work on the industrial park concept. Preliminary results
will be presented at a future meeting.
The Redevelopment Agency meeting adjourned at 3: 13 P.M.
Next regular meeting, March 19, 1985.
