ABSENT None
Minutes of the regular meeting of March 18, 1986, were approved
as corrected.
Temporary Mr. Larsen moved to authorize the Agency to hire a temporary employee
Employee to process Facade Improvement Program applications. Motion seconded
by Mrs. Wormser and carried by the following vote:
AYES: Members Larsen, Johnson, Wormser; Chairman Beswick

The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3: 10 P.M. to a closed
session for the purpose of discussing possible contractual litigation
with Terrain, et al. In accordance with State law the Agency Attorney
prepared a confidential memo to the Agency Board members providing
justification for the closed session. The Redevelopment Agency
meeting reconvened at 7: 04 P.M. at which time Chairman Beswick
announced that staff and Agency's legal counsel were instructed to
pursue all remedies available to complete the downtown redevelopment
project in a timely fashion.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
7:05 P.M.
