MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue,
on June 3, 1986, at 4:20 P.M.

ABSENT None
Chairman Beswick called the meeting to order and immediately
recessed it to a closed session for the purpose of discussing
personnel matters. The meeting reconvened at 7:25 P.M.
Minutes of the regular meeting of May 20, 1986, were approved
as submitted.
A letter was received from Fred H. Dill dated June 2, 1986,
inviting the Redevelopment Agency to promptly complete
appraisals on his properties located in the Redevelopment Area.
Three of the Agency members indicated they were not prepared
to act on requests of this nature during the 30-day delay ordered
on May 20, 1986. Therefore, no action was taken.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
7:30 P.M.
Next regular meeting, June 17, 1986.
