PRESENT Carole Beswick, Chairman Barbara C. Wormser, Vice Chairman Charles G. DeMirjyn, Member Tim Johnson, Member William E. Cunningham, Member John E. Holmes, Executive Director Dallas Holmes, Agency Attorney Daniel J. McHugh, Agency Attorney Derrill Quaschnick, Agency Director Lorne Poyzer, Agency Secretary John de Leon, The Sun ABSENT None 0068 Chairman Beswick called the meeting to order and immediately recessed to a closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation. In accordance with State law, the Agency Attorney prepared a confidential memo providing justification for the closed session. The meeting reconvened at 8:25 P.M. M*n regular meeting of February 16, 1988, were approved ai Leo. Resignation Director Quaschnick will be leaving the Redevelopment Agency of and the City of Redlands on March 11, 1988. Board members extended Accolades their congratulations and best wishes to him in his new position with the City of Riverside Redevelopment Agency. Executive Director Holmes extended his appreciation to Mr. Quaschnick for his work in Redlands and announced a farewell reception would be held on March 9, 1988, in the Redevelopment Office. Mr. Jim Ver Stiaeg, Franklin's Garage, presented Mr. Quaschnick with a box of tools for his new job -- an antique level to keep things on an even keel and an antique T-Square to keep things lined up. Mr. Quaschnick thanked everyone, stating it was a real honor and privilege to have been taken in by this community, and that he was proud of his role and participation in the Redevelopment projects.
