MINUTES of a special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands held in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue,
on April 19, 1988, at 2:00 P.M.

Master Action This special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was held for
Plan the purpose of discussing the Master Action Plan. Acting Director
McMenemy told Agency members that on September 15, 1987, the
Agency approved the preparation of a Master Action Plan for the
Redevelopment Area to guide both private and public sector
investment and activity. Since the adoption of Specific Plan
No. 38 in 1984 and with the number and type of projects currently
underway, there is a sense that there needs to be a review of
progress to date and assessment of its appropriateness.
Jerry Gast reviewed the Master Action Plan in detail with the
Agency members.
Mr. Johnson entered the chambers at 2:45 P.M.
At the end of the lengthy presentation, Mrs. Wormser moved to
receive the Master Action Plan: Draft Plan for Citizen Review,
dated April, 1988, and authorized staff to seek public input on
this matter, especially seeking input on the two-story height
limitation issue. Motion seconded by Mrs. Beswick and carried
unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 3:20 P.M.
