MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands held in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue,
on May 17, 1988, at 6:26 P.M.

Chairman Beswick called the meeting to order and immediately
recessed to a closed session for the purpose of discussing
pending litigation. In accordance with State law, the Agency
Attorney prepared a confidential memo providing justification for
the pending litigation portion of the closed session. The meeting
reconvened at 8:37 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of May 3, 1988, were approved as
submitted.
Acting Director McMenemy submitted a written request to Agency
Members asking that the Assignment and Assumption of Disposition
and Development Agreement -- Downtown Development Limited --
Coast Savings Plaza be continued to the Agency meeting of June 21,
1988.
Facade Acting Director McMenemy updated Agency Members on the status
of the commercial facade improvement project.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
8:38 P.M.
Next regular meeting, June 7, 1988.
