ABSENT None
Chairman Beswick called the meeting to order and immediately
recessed to a closed session for the purpose of discussing
pending litigation. In accordance with State law, the Agency
Attorney prepared a confidential memo providing justification for
the closed session. The meeting reconvened at 8:45 P.M.
Minutes of the regular meeting of June 7, 1988, were approved
as submitted.
Orange Street Acting Agency Director McMenemy presented an updated construction
Plaza schedule for the Orange Street Plaza which indicates the completion
of the Payless Drug Store on September 20, 1988, and completion
of the Albertson Market on October 15, 1988.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
8:46 P.M.
Next regular meeting, July 5, 1988.
