MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers,
212 Brookside Avenue, on September 20, 1988, at
4:25 P.M.

APSENT Barbara C. Wormser, Vice Chairman
Chairman Beswick called the meeting to order and
immediately recessed to 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter
as City Council business permits. The meeting reconvened
at 9:50 P.M.
Minutes of the regular meeting of September 6, 1988 were
approved as submitted.
Hawken Mr. Demirjyn moved to approve the First Amendment to the
Agreement Owner Participation Agreement, as presented at this
meeting between Thelma (Tomi) Hawken and the
Redevelopment Agency. Motion seconded by Mr. Johnson and
carried by AYE votes of all present.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned
at 9:51 P.M.
