held in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue, on November 15,
1988, at 4:35 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of November 1, 1988, were approved
as submitted.

Right to On motion of Mr. Cunningham, seconded by Mrs. Wormser, the Agency
Negotiate agreed, in principle, by AYE votes of all present to offer The Pilcher
Group an exclusive right to negotiate for a period not to exceed four
months with a possible extension built into the agreement for Agency-
owned property bounded by Oriental Avenue, Third Street, the former
Southern Pacific right-of-way, and North Eureka Street, and directed
that an appropriate Negotiation Agreement be prepared by Agency
Counsel and returned to the Agency for subsequent adoption and
execution.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourend at 4:55 P.M.
Next regular meeting, December 6, 1988.
