PUBLIC HEARING Public hearing was continued to this time and place to consider a commercial lease for the purpose of leasing to Redlands Mattress and Upholstery a portion of the building located at 301 North Third Street. Railway No. 208 (Assessor's Parcel No. 169-312-02) and lands formerly occupied by the Southern Pacific Railway (Assessor's Parcel No. 169-312-14) Property between Sixth and Seventh Streets, north of Redlands Boulevard, Acquisition is required for the purposes of implementing the Disposition and Development Agreement with Mission Plaza Associates and the construction of the Mission Zanja Flood Control Channel in that area. Timely possession of these properties and subsequent disposition appears, at this time, to require the use of eminent domain.
