Minutes of the regular meeting of December 5, 1989, were
approved as submitted.
Mr. Larson was not present at this meeting as he was attending
the League of California Cities' meeting in San Francisco.

The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 4:41 F.M. to a
closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation. In
accordance with State law, the Agency Attorney prepared a
confidential memo providing justification for the pending litigation
portion of the closed session. No report was expected following
the closed session.
Next regular meeting, January 2, 1990.
