MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands held in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue, on
April 17, 1990, at 3:48 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of April 3, 1990, were approved as
submitted.
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
A joint public hearing of the City Council and the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands was continued to this time and
place to consider the approval of a Disposition and Development
Agreement for certain real property commonly known as 340 Stuart
Avenue. At the request of staff, Chairman DeMirjyn declared the
meeting open as a public hearing and called for a motion to
continue the hearing to May 1, 1990, at 3:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as other business permits. Mr. Cunningham moved to
continue this public hearing as requested. Motion seconded by
Mr. Larson and carried unanimously.
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:49 P.M. to a
closed session for the purpose of discussing property disposition.
No report was expected following the closed session.
Next regular meeting, May 1, 1990.
