MINUTES of a special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands held in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue, on
August 15, 1990, at 4:58 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of July 17, 1990, were approved as
submitted.
On motion of Mr. Cunningham, seconded by Mr. DeMirjyn, the
request for an Owner Participation Agreement with Michael and
Victoria Hargrave for the redevelopment of the Grigsby
Bros. buildings was continued by AYE votes of all present to
September 4, 1990.
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 5:00 P.M. to a
closed session for the purpose of discussing property disposition.
No report was expected following the closed session.

The regular meeting scheduled for August 21, 1990, will not be
held. The Redevelopment Agency will meet on September 4, 1990.
