MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands held in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue, on
November 20, 1990, at 4:00 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting of November 6, 1990, were
approved as submitted.
Resolution Mrs. Beswick moved to adopt Resolution No. 216, a resolution of
No. 216 the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands finding that in
connection with the Redlands Redevelopment Project for Fiscal Year
1989-90 the community is making a substantial effort to meet
existing and projected needs for housing affordable to persons and
families of low and moderate income, and that such effort is
equivalent in impact to a portion of the funds otherwise required
to be set aside pursuant to Sections 33334.2 and 33334.6 of the
California Community Redevelopment Law. Motion seconded by
Mr. Larson and carried unanimously.

meeting recessed at 4:02 P.M.
