PRESENT Charles G. DeMirjyn, Chairman Carole Beswick, Vice Chairman William E. Cunningham, Member Swen Larson, Member Dee Ann Milson, Member Norman McMenemy, Agency Director Amanda F. Susskind, Agency Attorney Lorrie Poyzer, Agency Secretary Steven Church, Redlands Daily Facts Pamela Fitzsimmons, The Sun ABSENT None The Redevelopment Agency meeting immediately recessed to a closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation. In accordance with State law, the Agency Attorney prepared a confidential memo providing justification for the closed session. The meeting reconvened at 9.09 P.M. Minutes of the regular meeting of August 20, 1991, were approved as submitted. Sterling Hotels On motion of Mrs. Beswick, seconded by Mr. Larson, the Redevelopment Agency unanimously approved an exclusive negotiation agreement with Sterling Hotels Corporation for the Agency-owned property located at the southwest corner of Orange Street and Pearl, Avenue with the understanding that if this agreement is not successful, the property will be sold. This is the Agency-owned parcel locate at the southwest corner of Orange Street and Pearl Avenue. Mr. Cunningham told Mr. McMenersy that if this works out, he would buy him a steak dinner.
