Minutes of the regular meeting of September 3, 1991, were
approved as submitted.
PUBLIC HEARING
Public hearing was continued to this time and place to consider a
commercial lease for the Agency-owned property located at
348 Grange Street to Pat Padgett, The Carpet Cleaner.
Mrs. Beswick moved to continue this public hearing to October 15,
1991, at the request of the Redevelopment Agency staff. Motion
seconded by Mrs. Milson and carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 4:06 P.M. Next regular meeting,
October 1, 1991.
