Hotel Representatives from the Sterling Hotels updated Agency members
on the progress they have made towards the development of a
hotel on the southwest corner of Pearl Avenue and Orange Street.
Agency members expressed their concerns but agreed they would
like to receive more information including an appraisal of the
property.
The meeting briefly recessed at 9:55 A.M. and reconvened at
10:13 A.M.
