Minutes of the regular meeting of October 19, 1993, were approved as
submitted.
The items scheduled for the joint meeting of the City Council and the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands were withdrawn from the
agenda.
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:23 P.M. to a closed
session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation. In accordance
with State law, the Agency Attorney prepared a confidential memo
providing justification for the closed session. No report was expected
following the closed session. Next regular meeting, November 16, 1993.
