Minutes of the regular meeting of May 3, 1994, were approved as submitted.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:38 P.M. to a closed
session for the purpose of holding a conference with its real property
negotiator regarding the following property:
Property: Parcel No. 4 of Parcel Map No. 11197
Negotiating Parties: City of Redlands Redevelopment Agency
and Jim Glaze
Under negotiation: Purchase price and terms
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Following the closed session, Attorney McHugh reported the Agency
authorized the sale of a portion of Parcel No. 4 of Parcel Map No. 11197 to Jim
Glaze by the following vote:
AYES: Members Foster, Gil; Chairman Larson
NOES: Members Cunningham, Gilbreath
The next regular meeting will be held on June 7, 1994.
