Minutes of the regular meeting of June 7, 1994, were approved as submitted.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Metro Mall - Mr. James Barton expressed a desire to put together an offer to
attract the development known as MetroMall to build on his property located
north of the 1-10 Freeway between Lugonia and San Bernardino Avenues and
Mountain View and California Streets. Chairman Larson expressed an interest
in this project and asked Mr. Barton to meet with staff.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:26 P.M. to a closed
session for the purpose of holding a conference with it real property negotiator
as follows:
1. Property: APN 169-292-17 (Third Street)
Negotiating parties: Marjie Pettus and Tom Brand
Under negotiation: Terms and price
The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 7:00 P.M.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Mr. McHugh reported the Agency approved by AYE votes of all present the
sale of Parcel No. 169-292-17 to Tom Brand pending receipt of an appraisal
and subsequent negotiations.
