Minutes of the regular meeting of August 2, 1994, and August 16, 1994, were
approved as submitted.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:39 P.M. to a closed
session to hold the following conferences with real property negotiator:
1. Property: Assessor's Parcel No. 169-201-29, 30,
and 38 (Orange and Pearl)
Negotiating Parties: Marjie Pettus and Al Steward

CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Lease -All Claims Construction - By unanimous vote, the Agency authorized a
lease of 325 North Eureka Street to All Claims Construction.
Property Sale - The Agency authorized the sale of Parcel 4 of Parcel
Map 11197 to Mr. Jim Glaze with a condition of payment of one-half the
administration processing costs and escrow costs with Mr. Cunningham and
Mrs. Gilbreath voting NO.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned at 7:07 P.M.. The next regular meeting will be held on September
20, 1994.
