Minutes of the regular meeting of September 20, 1994, were approved as
submitted.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 4:02 P.M. to a closed
session to discuss the following matter:
1. Conference with real property negotiator
Property: APN 169-281-23 (205 West Stuart Avenue
Negotiating parties: Parkwest Group, Inc. and Marjie Pettus
Under negotiation: Terms and prices
ADJOURNMENT
The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 7:10 P.M. at which time
there was no closed session report. There being no further business, the
Redevelopment Agency meeting adjourned at 7:11 P.M. The next regular
meeting will be held on October 18, 1994.
