Authorize Release of Housing Set-Aside Funds - Administrative Services Director Marjie Pettus reported that the Agency has encumbered a total of $1,424,908 in Redevelopment set-aside funds for two separate low-and- moderate housing projects, both of which are currently unable to proceed as planned: Casa de la Vista Expansion and Southern California Housing Corp. The set-aside fund balance for the 1994-95 fiscal year is estimated at $479,611. Returning the $1,424,908 to the fund would increase this balance to $1,905,519.
