Minutes of the regular meeting of October 18, 1994, were approved as
corrected.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 4:11 P.M. to a closed
session to hold a conference with its real property negotiator as follows:
Property: APN 169-201-29, 30, 38
(southwest corner of Orange and Pearl)
Negotiating Parties: Marjie Pettus and A. Mallad
Under negotiation: Terms and price
The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 7:00 P.M. at which time
there being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned. The next regular meeting will be held on November 15, 1994.
