Minutes of the regular meeting of November 1, 1994, were approved as
submitted.
NEW BUSINESS
Housing Program Budget - Administrative Services Director Marjie Pettus
reported the position of the Housing Coordinator has been filled, and she
presented a proposed administrative budget for the Housing Program to cover
a period of nine months (October, 1994 through June, 1995). Following
discussion, Mrs. Gilbreath move to authorize an additional appropriation of
$74,455.00 and directed staff to establish the administrative budget as
presented for the Housing Program. Motion seconded by Mr. Larson and
carried with Members Cunningham and Foster voting NO.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:38 P.M. to a closed
session to hold a conference with its real property negotiator as follows:
Property: Civic Center Plaza -APN 171-271-11 and 13
Negotiating parties: Gary Luebbers and Marjie Pettus
Under negotiation: Terms and price
The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 7:00 P.M. There was no
closed session report and the meeting adjourned. The next regular meeting
will be held on December 6, 1994.
