ABSENT None
Set-Aside Housing Funds - Nestor Nazario, Housing Coordinator, reviewed the
proposed strategy that has been prepared to identify priorities and allocate the
available set-aside housing funds over a three year period. These priorities
were designed to assist in addressing the City's housing needs, goals and
objectives. Following discussion, Mr. Foster moved, seconded by Mr. Gil, to
allocate available funds as follows:
First time home buyers 25%
Owner-occupied rehab 30%
Multi-Unit rehab 15%
Developers'Assistance 10%
Administrative Budget 5%
Mobilehome Park Assistance 5%
This motion failed with Members Cunningham, Gilbreath, and Larson voting
NO.
Mrs. Gilbreath moved, seconded by Mr. Foster, to allocate available funds as
follows:
First time home buyers 20%
Owner-occupied rehab 30%
Multi-Unit rehab 10%
Developers'Assistance 30%
(Casa de la Vista Project)
Administrative Budget 5%
Mobilehome Park Assistance 5%
This motion carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned at 9:55 A.M. The next regular meeting will be held on December
20, 1994, at 3:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as City Council business will
permit.
