Minutes of the regular meeting of December 6, 1994, were approved as
submitted.
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 4:44 P.M. to a closed
session to hold conference with real property negotiator as follows:
1. Property: Southwest corner of Orange Street and Pearl
Avenue
Negotiating parties: Marjie Pettus and Nickelodean Theatres
Under negotiation: Terms and price
2. Property: Southwest corner of Orange Street and Pearl
Avenue
Negotiating parties: Marjie Pettus and Judy James
Under negotiation: Terms and price
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned at 4:44 P.M. The next regular meeting will be held on January 3,
1995.
