The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 6:30 P.M. and immediately
nacueogd to a closed session to hold conferences with its real property
negotiator onfollows:

PUBLIC HEARING
Sale of Redevelopment Agency-Owned Property - A joint public hearing with
the City of Redlands was continued to this time and place to consider the sale
of real property known as the Civic Center Plaza located at 35 Cajon Street to
the City of Redlands. Chairman Larson declared the meeting open as a public
hearing and moved to continue the public hearing to January 17, 1995. Motion
seconded by Mr. Cunningham with the understanding this matter would be
discussed regardless of the outcome of the City's Finance Committee's
recommendation. Motion carried by AYE votes of all present.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned at 7:20 P.M. The next regular meeting will be held on January 17,
1995.
