in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, Suite 2, at 3:00 P.M.
on January 17, 1995, and immediately recessed to allow the City Council
meeting to continue.

ABSENT None
The Redevelopment Agency meeting reconvened at 3:25 P.M.
PUBLIC HEARING
Sale of Redevelopment Agency-Owned Property - A joint public hearing with
the City Council of the City of Redlands was continued to this time and place to
consider the sale of real property known as the Civic Center Plaza located at
35 Cajon Street to the City of Redlands. Chairman Larson declared the
meeting open as a public hearing. Mrs. Gilbreath moved to continue said
public hearing to February 7, 1995, at 7:00 P.M. Motion seconded by Mr.
Foster and carried unanimously.
The Redevelopment Agency meeting recessed at 3:26 P.M. and reconvened at
4:00 P.M.
MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting of January 3, 1995, were approved as
submitted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Redevelopment Agency meeting
adjourned at 4:01 P.M. The next regular meeting will be held on February 7,
1995.
